1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Emorvia. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Non-Clinical Nature of Service

Emorvia provides a platform for active listening and emotional support. Our listeners are not licensed therapists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals. Emorvia is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to interact respectfully with Listeners. Abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

4. Listener Responsibilities

Listeners agree to maintain confidentiality, provide a non-judgmental space, and adhere to Emorvia’s code of conduct.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the service for emergencies or crisis situations.
  • Sharing illegal, explicit, or harmful content.
  • Attempting to contact Listeners outside the Emorvia platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Emorvia and its Listeners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
