Child Safety & Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

At Emorvia, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit the creation, distribution, promotion, solicitation, or facilitation of any content or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Emorvia does not permit any content, communication, or activity that involves or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Grooming or attempting to groom a child for sexual exploitation.
  • Sextortion involving minors.
  • Child sex trafficking or the sexual exploitation of children.
  • Soliciting, encouraging, or facilitating sexual activity involving a minor.
  • Sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing images, videos, or other material depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
  • Any attempt to exploit, endanger, or abuse a child through the platform.

Any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently suspended or terminated without notice.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users who encounter content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation are encouraged to report it immediately.

Review and Enforcement

Upon receiving a report or otherwise becoming aware of potential CSAE content or activity, Emorvia will:

  • Promptly review the reported content or account.
  • Remove content that violates this policy.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate offending accounts.
  • Preserve relevant information when required by law.
  • Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations where applicable.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Emorvia cooperates with authorized law enforcement agencies and complies with applicable laws regarding the reporting and investigation of child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Where legally required, we will provide relevant information to assist investigations into CSAE-related offenses.

Children's Privacy

Emorvia is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has created an account or that personal information has been collected from an individual under 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete the account and remove the associated information as required by applicable law.

Community Standards

All users must comply with our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Content that promotes violence, exploitation, abuse, harassment, or illegal activities is prohibited.

Violation of these standards may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.
