Account Deletion Policy

User-Initiated Deletion

You have the right to delete your Emorvia account at any time. You can initiate this process directly from your Account Settings page by clicking the “Delete Account” button and confirming your choice.

Data Removal Process

Upon account deletion, your personal profile, payment methods, and session history are permanently removed from our active databases. We use secure deletion protocols to ensure your data cannot be recovered.

Retention Period

While your active data is deleted immediately, some anonymized data may be retained for up to 30 days in our secure system backups before being completely purged. We may also retain certain transactional data strictly for legal, tax, and accounting compliance purposes, as required by law.

Recovery Limitations

Please note that account deletion is an irreversible action. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your profile, past session history, or preferences. If you wish to use Emorvia again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
