Session Cancellation Rules

You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you by our Listeners.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed automatically and will reflect in your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Failed Session Refunds

If a Listener fails to attend a scheduled session or if there are severe technical issues on our platform’s end that prevent the session from occurring, you are entitled to a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled session.

Payment Gateway Delays

While we initiate refunds immediately upon approval, the time it takes for the funds to reach your account is subject to the processing times of our payment partners and your financial institution.
